ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The GCU may be modified or supplemented at any time, without prior notice, so Users of the http://www.nexum-bc.ro website are invited to consult them on a regular basis. The User acknowledges having read, at the time of consultation and use of the website http://www.nexum-bc.ro, these GCU and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The User acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the website http://www.nexum-bc.ro, having verified that the computer configuration he/she uses does not contain any virus and that it is in good working order.

The Company cannot, therefore, be held responsible for the consequences resulting from such interruptions or modifications.
– make any changes of any kind whatsoever to the content of the site, the information communicated being guaranteed only on the date of update of the Website mentioned on the Legal Disclaimers page. Beyond this date, the User must ensure that the proposed conditions are maintained.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

In the event of a breach of one or other of these obligations and, without this list being exhaustive, the User acknowledges and accepts that NEXUM BUSINESS CONSULTING SRL will have the right to unilaterally, and without prior notification, remove access to all or part of the website http://www.nexum-bc.ro.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

– Indirect damage, including loss of profit, data or any other loss due to the use or inability to use the http://www.nexum-bc.ro website or its Services by the User due to a malfunction of its computer equipment (lack of connection, insufficient data rate, faulty buffer memory, etc.), fraudulent or unauthorized access.

– Viruses, loss of data, irreparable technical failure suffered by the equipment used by the User as well as any other risk inherent in the use of the internet and the downloading of content or software on the internet.
