Every Nexum mandate is guided by three questions:

We aim to become the advisory partner of choice for clients who need a clear, confidential and senior-led perspective before making important decisions in Romania.
Romania offers significant long-term opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial development, capital investment and complex patrimonial situations. However, attractive opportunities often require careful navigation: local context, regulatory timing, financing constraints, legal complexity, stakeholder alignment and market access can materially affect the outcome.
Nexum is not designed to operate as a volume-based consulting firm. Our ambition is different.
We aim to build a selective advisory platform where each mandate receives senior attention, careful framing and practical coordination. We believe this model is better suited to complex opportunities, where the client’s decision depends on judgment, not only process.

We examine capital needs, debt capacity, return profile, cash-flow resilience, funding sources, sensitivities and value creation potential. However, financial discipline is not only about numbers. It is about understanding whether the economic logic of an opportunity is robust enough to support action.
